Cookie Policy

This site uses a first-party cookie to remember your theme preference, plus third-party services for scheduling and usage measurement. Each one is explained below.

Last updated:

01 What we store

We store a single technical preference in your browser local storage, not in a cookie:

  • systekt-theme: remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme, so we do not ask again on every visit.

02 Scheduling service (Cal.com)

To book an appointment we load the Cal.com scheduler, an external provider. Its script loads on every page so the booking buttons work, and the calendar itself is displayed inside the contact page.

  • Cal.com may set its own cookies and receive your IP address when its script loads.
  • The data you enter when booking (name, email, and time slot) is processed by Cal.com and reaches us so we can attend the appointment.
  • You can review their privacy policy at cal.com for the details of their processing.

03 What we do not do

We do not install social advertising pixels, we do not build profiles for personalised advertising, and we do not sell your activity to third parties.

04 How to remove it

You can clear that preference at any time from your browser settings, under site data. Once cleared, the site will follow the theme configured in your operating system again.

05 Your consent

Measurement tools do not load until you accept them. On your first visit you will see a notice with three options: accept everything, allow only what is essential, or choose per category.

  • If you choose only what is essential, no measurement script runs and no third-party cookie is set.
  • You can change your decision at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the foot of any page.
  • When consent is withdrawn, any measurement cookies already created are removed.

06 Tag manager (Google Tag Manager)

We use Google Tag Manager as the container that manages the site measurement tools. It does not collect browsing data by itself, but it is what loads the other tags and may receive your IP address while doing so.

07 Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to know which pages are visited and how people reach the site. IP anonymisation is enabled.

  • It sets Google cookies that identify your browser across visits.
  • It records page views, traffic source, device type, and approximate location.
  • We do not use that data for personalised advertising, nor cross it with your contact details.

08 Session recording (Microsoft Clarity)

Clarity records how the site is used to spot navigation problems: pointer movement, clicks, and scrolling, replayed as a session recording.

  • It sets Microsoft cookies and may receive your IP address.
  • Text you type into fields is masked by default and is not recorded.
  • We use these recordings only to improve usability, never to identify individuals.

09 Third-party services

If you click a link to WhatsApp or a social network, that platform may set its own cookies under its own policies, which we do not control.
